Great question! - We have 2 different modules we pass each lead through before booking it into your calendar.
Module 1: Our pre-qualification "green light" system, Our team of callers will make sure that the lead we speak with passes the qualification questions accordingly to qualify them as a highly interested & quality lead, such as how frequent they would need a clean, if they would like a walkthrough etc..
Module 2: Quality assurance team vetting - As a double layer of assurance our QA team will confirm all green-light measurements were hit with the lead pre-booking.
On average our cleaners are closing around 60% of all walkthroughs after going through our resource library training. So for every 10 walkthroughs you can expect to close about 6!
